These simple care instructions show you how to protect your rug from the general wear of life:

1. Broom and vacuum only. Never use a rotating vacuum brush, as this can cause damage. Rotate your hide regularly to spread the wear of foot traffic and preserve its natural colours and textures. 
2. Keep it dry to avoid curling and loss of shape. Never rub vigorously. Soak up any liquids with a cloth or sponge. 
3. Avoid washing, dry cleaning, bleach, ironing or tumble drying to extend your rug’s lifespan. Avoid direct sunlight. If it gets wet, leave it face down in the sun only for a short period of time.

Yes. Our products are naturally hypoallergenic suitable for pets and kids. The materials we use have not been treated with, and contain no residues of PCP nor azo-colouring agents. Our partner tanneries received the highest score under the LWG Environmental Stewardship Audit. 

Are cowhide rugs easy to clean?  

Water-resistant and stain repellant, cowhide rugs are surprisingly easy to clean and rarely require any special equipment beyond what you already have in your home.

How long will it take to my order arrive? 

Being a small agile business, we generally dispatch in 24h. On most occasions (90% plus) the products are delivered in less than 5 business days, even to regional Australia. We prefer to pay more to offer a fast and reliable service to our customers. Check our reviews to learn more.

Express shipping takes between 1-4 business days from the date you placed your order. Standard shipping may take up to 4-8 business days.

Yes. Once you place your order, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow on one of our carrier’s websites. Please note that the AusPost is not always updating the status for standard shipping.

The courier will leave your product in a safe place if they redeem safe to do so.

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes via AusPost. 

Can I return a product? What is your policy? 

Yes, at no cost for you. Rest assured, we have a 30-day free return policy from the purchase date, with the exception of clearance items, which will be clearly indicated in the product title. For more information, please check our returns page.
