Bagé Home offers complimentary shipping for any item you would like to return within 30 days of purchase.

If required, we would be pleased to coordinate a seamless return.

We take pride in having a rigorous selection process to offer you only the highest quality products. Our items are meticulously inspected at origin to ensure your piece is 100% faultless.

We had also taken the most detailed pictures in order to show any specific marks on each of the rugs, just so when shopping, our customers can accurately see what they will get. The aerial photos will give you the most accurate colour representation. No surprises!

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, or simply just changed your mind, we have made it easy to return your product following the 5 steps below.

1. Kindly fill the form below.

2. We’ll email you a free return shipping label in 48 hours.

3. Print the label and drop the item at the AusPost within 4 days.

4. Upon return receipt, we will inspect the item.

5. Once approved we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product has to be unused and in re-saleable condition. It should not be dirty or stained.
  • We can only refund to the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are only refundable if faulty or incorrect products have been received.
  • All returns must be made within thirty days of purchase, or sixty days if the purchase was made between 1 November and 31 December.

How long does a refund take?

It usually takes around 3 business days to get your refund once your items have been inspected. However, the process may take up to 10 business days on rare occasions. If it’s taking longer than expected, kindly review your bank account and credit card first. Next, contact your bank or credit card provider. If you have done it already, please contact us.

I received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?

In the unfortunate event you have received an item you believe to be faulty, we apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused. We understand how frustrating this can be and we will attempt to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please fill out the form above and we'll get in touch as soon as possible.
