Being a small agile business, we generally pack and dispatch from Sydney in 24h. On most occasions (90% plus) the products are delivered in less than 5 business days, even to regional Australia.

We don’t save on shipping so we can offer a fast and reliable service to our customers. Check our reviews to learn more.

Although we do not have a physical store, a free click & collect option is available at checkout for all Sydney-based customers. 

Australian shipping rates

Orders over $200: FREE Standard Shipping or Express flat rate $18.90.

Orders under $200: Standard shipping flat rate $12.90 or Express shipping flat rate $18.90.

Australian delivery time

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days* from order confirmation.

Express Shipping: 1-4 business days* from order confirmation.

( * ) Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carriers, as shipments may be affected by events outside of our control. The quickest delivery times are to NSW, VIC metro and QLD metro.

All personalised rugs will take 8-10 weeks from ordering to create and deliver. This rule only applies for custom made rugs i.e. when you choose your design, colour and size.
